Some clothes tight, yikes!
I'm glad to see another post! I've been missing them. I had a good result with the scale as I compare last year's physical with this year's. But now I'm in eating mode. Today was blood fast day. I seem to think that once the blood is drawn, I can eat what I want. It is like I might as well pack in all foods until I'm told to * watch your sugar * watch your fats * watch your blah blah blah. I need to get back on track like I was before company started coming where I'd do something EVERY Day! Start tomorrow? Not looking good since I have to be out the door super early to get to Reno to volunteer (ditto for Sunday). What is up with this non-stop eating? I wonder what is the underlying cause? What is bothering me / stressing me out? I shall think on this. Thanks for listening.
