"5 Second Rule" -thanks Mel Robbins

This month I am spending about 4 days a week in a D1 university town in my state as I am taking some grad classes. There are many food options and I decided to eat out. I also made a decision at the start of the month that I would choose vegetarian options as much as possible. I am not stressing on this but will allow any fish/seafood and will try to not over eat cheese or fried foods. I am trying to carry these choices as best I can while home each long weekend of the 4 week course.

I had pondered about blogging this decision but hadn't until I just watched the attached video. I realize now that I had put the "emergency brake on" as the above video states.

So here it is for all to see: I am "forcing" myself to try something new and to think differently about food choices. So far it feels great.
